APAC Total Rewards Partner

Genesys is seeking a Total Rewards Partner for Asia Pacific based in Singapore. You will provide strategic Total Rewards guidance to HR leaders, payroll, and finance, ensuring competitive, compliant programs across multiple APAC countries.

In this role you will lead regional compensation and benefits initiatives, conduct market benchmarking, manage annual salary reviews, and collaborate with external vendors and internal partners to optimize total rewards delivery.
