Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities

• Strategic tasks for the region
• Coordinate/manage/guide in‑country fleet internal & external resources (1‑4 people)
• Key point of contact for the organization regarding fleet/mobility support
• Providing fleet/mobility guidance in accordance with the regulations
• Actively researching mobility needs within the organization
• Formulating improvement processes – process monitoring; identifying, recording, advising, and following up bottlenecks and opportunities
• Management advisor regarding supplier strategy and innovations in the fleet/mobility offer
• Own and participate in all fleet/mobility projects (e.g., need for electrification of fleet in APAC)
• Operational tasks
• 2nd escalation point for internal complaints and requests
