**Job Description Summary**
Primarily responsible for providing Operation related support to the region O&M contracts, to ensure excellence during the Mobilization, Execution and Demobilization phases of the contracts in the region.
The Operations Support Leader will actively coordinate with the Operation Support Leaders of the other regions to maintain the standard established in the O&M playbooks.

+ Improve the Operations and reliability of the O&M plants for the region
+ Maintain the Operations Programs, including processes and tools, that ensures highest plant operational performance in the most safe, reliable, economical, and environmentally safe manner. Interface and coordinate with the Plant Managers and Operation Managers in the region
+ Support the measured KPI’s for the effectiveness of the Operations Program on the power stations for the region.
