APAC & MEA GFSS SAP Key User

Job Summary

As an SAP KU for GL, CO, AP, and AR processes, the SAP Specialist reports to the SAP System & Process Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for SAP‑related issues within finance and accounting. The role ensures high‑quality consolidated financial information, identifies improvement opportunities, and collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as SAP GL/CO/AP/AR Key User, providing guidance and support to operational teams and local businesses.
• Collaborate with RTR/PTP/OTC process manager and team leaders to deliver required support.
• Resolve issues, identify improvement opportunities in the GL/CO/AP/AR SAP area.
• Support problem‑solving and improvement initiatives raised by operational teams.
• Lead training sessions in the area of expertise for GFSS and business users.
