APAC Head of Market Growth & Customer Engagement

Allianz Singapore is seeking a visionary Head of Market Management and Customer Growth, Asia Pacific, to steer profitable customer growth and execute marketing and customer strategies across the region. You will translate NPS and VOC insights into actions that enhance lifetime value, leveraging data, analytics and AI to personalize engagement and scale impact.

You will collaborate with local and regional leaders to align go-to-market plans and drive cross-selling and retention.
