Job Description
APAC Construction & Consumer Industrial Director (Malaysia or Philippines-Based)
We are looking for a seasoned Industrial Operations Leader to take on a regional role as APAC C&C Industrial Director , with the flexibility to be based in Malaysia or the Philippines .
This position will lead manufacturing operations across multiple sites in Asia-Pacific and play a key role in driving operational excellence, transformation, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Operations Leadership
- Lead and govern manufacturing operations across multiple sites in Asia-Pacific, ensuring alignment with regional and global business strategies
- Develop and execute operations plans, including demand-capacity alignment, productivity optimization, and performance improvement
- Oversee core functions including Production, Quality, HSE, Engineering, Logistics, and Project Management
