A company in healthcare manufacturing industry is currently looking for an AP Accounts Specialist to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the manager, the incumbent will be responsible to manage daily AP operations, cash management, process monthly invoices and key invoices into the system, preparing and process payment, assist with month end closing, AP reconciliation, and resolve issues related to AP invoices.
The role will include some portion of AR as well, where the incumbent will be responsible to manage AR balance, process receipts, resolve discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and following up with invoices.
