AOG / Line Lead Mechanic performs and leads AOG and light Line maintenance to return aircraft to service quickly, safely, and in full regulatory compliance, serving as the on-site technical authority during unscheduled maintenance events.

- Lead and perform troubleshooting, repair, and return-to-service actions during AOG events
- Perform and support scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance as required
- Supervise team of 1-3 mechanics or technicians
- Serve as on-site technical authority and direct maintenance activities
