We are seeking a Junior Industry Insights Analyst to support our growing portfolio of Horticulture and Fresh Food clients, representing AUD $ in managed business.

This role is business-critical. The position provides essential insights and analytical support that underpin customer engagement, retention, and growth—particularly in the context of a rapidly expanding client base and recent double-digit winback success.

This is not a traditional data extraction role. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, supporting commercial decision-making, and enabling Customer Success teams to deliver measurable value to clients.
