- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers, providing analytical services, technical support and documentation. Support the Marketing/Sales teams with product quality documentation and customer inquiries.
- Plan and prioritize laboratory activities by coordinating resources, personnel, and equipment to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
