About Together Fund Together Fund is an early-stage venture firm backing AI-first founders, built by the founder of Freshworks & Eka alongside a team of ex-founders and operators. With $235M of Assets Under Management deployed across 40+ portfolio companies, we are building the institutional backbone of a firm meant to last - and we intend to run as AI-native as the companies we back. The Role This is a rare two-in-one mandate, and both halves carry equal weight. The first is core venture operations - the systems, rhythms, and execution that make an 11-person firm run like an institution. The second is transformation - standing up the AI-native tech stack that returns hours to the investment team every week. You will work directly with the COO, embed with the deal team, and both design and build - not just coordinate.
