Roles and Responsibility:
Process multi-state payroll for US employees in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Review and validate payroll inputs, including timesheets, bonuses, benefits, deductions, and tax adjustments. Handle garnishments, tax liens, and other payroll deductions.Ensure payroll operations adhere to all federal, state, and local tax laws. Prepare and file payroll tax returns, including quarterly and annual filings. Respond to tax agency inquiries and resolve discrepancies.Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
