Analyst, Sponsors & Corporates Coverage

Role Description: As an Analyst, Sponsors & Corporates Coverage, your main responsibility is to connect suitable acquisition / investment targets to our clients (large PE shops and corporates), whose deal criteria and personnel you will get to know intimately over time.

You will work closely with your colleagues on the Origination & M&A Advisory team to document and ‘match’ deals with our clients, and help advance those.

You are a connector of dots, and a great listener. You ask great questions, and can complex answers and situations crisply. You are goal‑oriented, and thrive on exceeding targets.

The natural career progression of this role is to become the main point of contact for our clients, expanding your relationship management scope and responsibilities. Another natural path forward is in prospecting and winning mandates for the firm.

The role reports to a Vice President / Senior Associate, and is hybrid.
