Job Description

We are seeking a highly proactive and resilient Analyst to support a critical pay data collection initiative on a 6‑month temporary contract. The primary objective of this role is to collect compensation and pay‑related data from external companies, requiring extensive outbound outreach. Success in this role depends on the ability to confidently pick up the phone, conduct cold calls, and proactively engage companies via multiple channels, including email and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a high‑volume outreach environment, where daily activity targets and persistence are key to success.
