Analyst HR Mfg Ops Chillers

As an HR Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you will provide specialized support for Human Resources operations, focusing on Time & Attendance, pre-payroll activities, employee benefits administration, and HR service delivery.

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of workforce data, supporting payroll processes, maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and delivering high-quality support to employees and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Time & Attendance processes, including attendance tracking, timecard reviews, overtime validation, absences, leave administration, and resolution of attendance discrepancies.
• Execute and coordinate pre-payroll activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data, payroll incidences, and workforce transactions prior to payroll processing.
