Job Description

The Analyst plays a key role in driving customer-centric insights through advanced data analytics and visualisation. The role focuses on analysing customer behaviour, cross-selling performance, acquisition and attrition trends, translating complex datasets into clear, intuitive dashboards and insights that support business growth, customer strategy, and management decision-making.Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other quantitative-related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of customer analytics and insights, marketing analytics and performance measurement.
• Hands-on experience in database management and data analysis, with exposure to analytical and programming tools such as SAS, Python, SQL, or equivalent.
