Job Summary
Be self-directed and proactive in providing support to the CEO office in all aspects of running the UAE franchise and take on all necessary tasks as allocated by the CEO Office. Operate with a high degree of trust and confidentiality on all CEO Office duties and when dealing with all senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy
- Assist in developing and driving the delivery of an integrated strategy for all businesses in the UAE.
- Support the CEO Office to drive the development and execution of overall country strategy and direction, ensuring alignment with the Region as well as the Group.
- Business
- Work with the CEO Office and the Country Management Team (CMT) to drive delivery of the country priorities and strategy, the country plan, country scorecard, overall budget, financial and other performance targets.
