To drive growth and value via Employee Value Banking (EVB) client value proposition for Personal and Private Clients AR, with specific focus on Public Sector and the largest economic contributing sectors.
Research and analyse the local market to understand key business drivers, influencers, and competitor activity. Identify sales gaps and implements remedial action plans.Build up a sufficient network with product, credit and segment owners to support and establish points of contact for all new leads referred in the country.Develop and implement business attraction plans for personal solutions, including analysing market potential.Monitor performance (sales against targets) of acquired clients by tracking all recorded sales and activity schedules.Ensures detailed insights and analytics are provided on internal and external potential markets / clients to enable EVB teams to target the right clients.
