Analista de Control y Riesgo Operativo – Cobranza

Citi in Mexico City is seeking a Collections Specialist 3 to manage delinquency issues across portfolios, applying negotiation and problem‑solving skills under established procedures. You will provide telephone collection services and support risk controls to protect the firm and clients.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, about one year in collections or risk analysis, and the ability to work Monday–Friday with standard shifts.
