Analista de Atendimento de RH Pleno

Volkswagen Group Services is the strategic partner of all companies and brands within the Volkswagen Group. We provide services in the areas of data engineering (IT), engineering, quality, commercial services, human resources, communication, and administrative and financial services. We currently have offices in seven European countries: Germany (headquarters), Spain, Portugal, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. In 2023, we began operations in South America with our first office in São Paulo.

Requisitos:

• Experiência em Central de Atendimento ou CSC (Centro de Serviços Compartilhados);
• Vivência com atendimento telefônico e gestão de chamados;
• Conhecimento generalista de processos de Recursos Humanos/Administração de Pessoal será um diferencial;
• Familiaridade com SAP HR e/ou SuccessFactors, Senior, ou outro relativo ao apontamento de jornada de trabalho.
