Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, and guide KYC Team Leaders to ensure their teams meet performance and quality objectives.
• Closely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics for all teams.
• Lead scheduling and resource allocation to guarantee complete and efficient operational coverage.
• Serve as the point of escalation for high-risk cases that cannot be resolved at the Team Leader level, ensuring timely and policy-compliant resolutions.
• Act as the primary liaison with teams such as Compliance, Risk Policy, Legal, and Quality Assurance to align processes, resolve complex issues, and maintain operational consistency.
