Are you a passionate Construction Tutor looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people? Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming Alternative Provision in Wellingborough to recruit a dedicated Construction Tutor on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support students who may have become disengaged from mainstream education and help them rediscover a love of learning through practical, vocational education. You'll deliver engaging construction-based lessons in a supportive environment where relationship building, encouragement and consistency are just as important as subject knowledge.
