Allied Support Worker: Frontline Social Services Support

New Zealand Government in Porirua is seeking Allied Support Workers to provide essential operational support to frontline Social Work teams. The role involves home visits, administrative tasks and transporting tamariki and rangatahi, with a clear focus on contributing to wellbeing.

The position requires strong communication, empathy and cultural awareness, including knowledge of tikanga Māori and Pacific cultures. A full driver’s licence is essential and some weekend work is expected.
