Allied Support Worker: Caregiver Recruitment & Support

Oranga Tamariki in Tauranga is seeking Allied Support Workers to provide essential operational support to frontline Social Work teams. These permanent roles focus on caregiver recruitment, support, training coordination and placement logistics across the region, enabling Social Workers to concentrate on statutory duties.

You will work with tamariki, rangatahi and whānau, travel as needed, support during after-hours and contribute to a high-trust safety culture.
