Position Purpose
The Allied Health Workforce Advisor is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) Allied Health Workforce Roadmap. Working closely with Allied Health leaders, discipline-specific workforce leads, clinical educators and key stakeholders, the role will strengthen workforce capability across the Allied Health workforce, including Allied Health Assistants. The successful candidate will drive strategic workforce initiatives that enhance workforce experience, build capability and support innovative workforce models to ensure Allied Health at SVHM remains a contemporary, high-performing and employer of choice.
The role will:
Lead the development and implementation of the SVHM Allied Health Workforce Roadmap.
