3+ years of experience in e-commerce merchant operations, category management, or buying; strong empathy and customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address merchant pain points. Proven experience in program development and execution, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and a data-driven approach to identifying issues and opportunities. Fluent in business English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Prior experience in cross-border e-commerce operations preferred, especially familiarity with platforms such as SHEIN, Mercado Libre, or Amazon.
