Job Description

            Key Responsibilities  Participation in Industry Standards and Technical Engagement  Participate in technical discussions and meetings related to AI-RAN Alliance, 3GPP, O-RAN, and other relevant industry organizations. 
Track the latest technological developments in AI-RAN, 6G, and wireless communications. 
 AI-RAN Core Algorithm Research and Development  Lead the research, design, and development of core AI-RAN algorithms. 
 Technology Strategy and Product Delivery  Contribute to technology roadmap planning and drive the commercialization and deployment of innovative solutions. 
 Cross-Functional and Customer Collaboration  Collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external customers to deliver technical solutions.
