**The Aircraft Mechanic UH-60, AH-64, CH-47 / (Maintenance Hangar Boss) - AM-3 (A&P / FCC** ) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the aircraft maintenance hangar(s). This role involves managing maintenance technician teams, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The Hangar Boss is also tasked with maintaining the organization and housekeeping of hangar work areas to optimize hangar workflow.

+ Team Management: Oversee and assist a team of aircraft maintenance technicians, ensuring that work is completed to high standards and within deadlines.
+ Facility Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the hangar, ensuring all tools, equipment, and aircraft are stored properly and securely.

+ **FAA A&P Certificate OR FCC License** (Elements 1 and 3) will be required to work in Germany.
