Full management of air export and import shipments.
Coordination with airlines, cargo agents, and logistics partners.
Preparation and control of shipping documentation: AWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.
Tracking shipments and proactively resolving issues or delays.
Direct communication with clients, offering timely and tailored logistics solutions.
Liaison with customs agents to ensure proper clearance procedures.
