Position Overview: Execute the proper operation, monitoring, and management of air export and import shipments, in accordance with the established operational and administrative guidelines and KPIs.
Key responsibilities & duties
Execute and manage air import and export shipments based on the contracted service, including scheduling logistics services such as pickup/delivery, warehousing, cross-docking, customs clearance, and international freight with various vendors, agents, and overseas offices. Oversee shipment costing and invoicing, ensuring accurate financial processing. Maintain clear communication with customers, agents, and overseas partners regarding shipment progress, while proactively identifying issues and presenting solutions that may require escalation to the responsible area.
