Job Summary
The classification of a warehouse Supervisor includes managing, coordinating and controlling all aspects of a cargo operation overseeing all operational activities including the functions described below; monitors the quantity and quality of work performance; directing personnel within assigned functional area; overseeing and advising on staffing requirements; participating in the discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring and termination of subordinates; training subordinates, ensures compliance with Company rules and regulations, Company standards and contractual agreements; ensures budgetary controls and manning requirements. This position may include responsibility for communication between individual customers and the Company.
