Are you ready to shape the future of enterprise automation? As an AI Workflow Architect, you will own the end-to-end design of agentic AI workflows that automate critical commercial and after-sales processes. In this role, you will translate complex business workflows into orchestrated, governed multi-agent systems built on the Microsoft AI stack. Your designs will prioritize human-in-the-loop controls, cost efficiency, and enterprise-grade scalability right from the start.

Key Responsibilities:

•Agentic Architecture: Design advanced agentic workflow architectures, including agent orchestration, tool utilization, memory/context handling, and human-in-the-loop approval patterns for commercial and after-sales use cases.

• Reference Standards: Define and maintain reference architectures and design standards across the Microsoft AI stack (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, P...
