Job Description
The AI Transformation Manager will support the design and delivery of AI and digital transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution of user stories, backlog refinement, agile ceremonies, and solution implementation, as well as to assist in change management and adoption efforts to maximize value realization.
Responsibilities- Deliver AI and Digital Transformation Initiatives
- Deliver AI and digital projects on time and within scope.
- Coordinate and participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases.
- Refine and manage backlogs in collaboration with users, developers, and testers.
- Track delivery progress and elevate risks or blockers in a timely manner.
