About the Role
We are looking for an AI Test Engineer with experience in testing Conversational AI applications and airline booking solutions. The ideal candidate should have worked on chatbot or conversational booking projects, with strong expertise in test automation, including building automated frameworks and validating AI‑driven conversational booking workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for conversational booking applications.
- Automate end‑to‑end testing of booking workflows and chatbot conversations.
- Validate AI/LLM responses for accuracy, context, intent, and reliability.
