a global technology company
to look for an experienced
AI Transformation Program Manager
who can lead
AI adoption
across the teams by driving change management, managing cross-functional programs, gathering and prioritizing product feedback, influencing non-technical stakeholders. The Talent 1-2 years
of technical program management experience. Strong programming skills ( Python
or similar). Experience shipping code in collaborative engineering environments. Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools, automation, or API-based AI applications. Strong product and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to drive adoption and change across teams. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of agentic systems, RAG architectures, or AI orchestration frameworks. Background in organizational transformation and change management. Experience working across APAC or globally distributed teams.
