What You Will Do
Own the AI roadmap for the Software Development Lifecycle — from requirements and design through development and deployment 

Continuously evaluate, benchmark and assess the latest AI tools and platforms 

Prototype and integrate AI-powered workflows when off-the-shelf solutions don't fit, using modern agent frameworks 

Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-enabled solutions by designing rollout strategies, running pilots and workshops and tracking measurable adoption outcomes

as a first project engineer and rollout Claude Code for the Developers 
What You Bring 
passion for AI and re-imagining software development 

5+ years in software engineering and demonstrated experience in Claude Code 

strong understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle
