AI Solutions Engineer – Role Overview
The AI Solutions Engineer supports the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions with a strong emphasis on hands‑on technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI applications, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, knowledge assistants, LLM integrations, prompt workflows and agentic AI bots.
- Develop APIs, backend services, and integrations that support AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance, inference latency, and system reliability.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects and senior engineers, supporting proof‑of‑concept development, demos, and technical validation.
- Write internal documentation and share knowledge across teams.
