AI QA & Customer Support Specialist (Project-Based)

Tasks include designing fee-inquiry and payment scenarios, creating autopay tests, fraud claim simulations, account-closure flows, and grading responses for accuracy and tone. Compensation can be up to $50 per hour, depending on level and pace.
