AI Project Manager / Consultant

Job Description
Act as a strategic AI consultant to Sephora’s AI COE team, helping shape and prioritize AI/GenAI initiatives
Drive end-to-end project management across multiple AI use cases (planning, execution, delivery)
Manage project intake, prioritization, and workflow orchestration across AI initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams including:

Data Science / ML Engineering
Product & Digital
Business stakeholders

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery
Track and manage all deliverables in Jira, maintaining clear visibility into progress and risks
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep projects on track
Prepare and present executive-level updates on AI roadmap, progress, and impact
Help establish and improve project governance, operating models, and intake processes for the AI COE
