AI Platform Vision & Strategy Define and maintain the AI platform vision aligned to Group Fintech strategy Translate business objectives into: Platform capability themes Clear value propositions Position the AI platform as: A shared Group asset A scalable enabler of use cases Balance innovation with stability, cost, and regulatory requirements 2.
