Ai & Process Automation Intern: Build Real-World Workflows

Responsibilities
Supporting the team on the automation backlog and shipping new workflows by leveraging available tools, built on top of our CRM.
Running pilots of internal AI agents, from setup and pilot testing to rollout, feedback collection, content updates, and integration into the tools the team already uses.
Supporting prototyping AI-powered onboarding tools for new hires, including scoping, building, and piloting.
Building and maintaining documentation across every workflow and automation, which becomes the foundation for training and scaling our internal AI Agents.
Partnering with stakeholders across BDRs, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Ops, Business Intelligence, and Product to ship workflows that actually get adopted.
Requirements
Background in Business, Sales, Fintech, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
