AI-Powered People Ops Project Lead (Remote)

Tabby is seeking a Technical Project Manager (AI focus) to own the end-to-end AI agenda for the People division. You will train teams, implement tools to reduce manual work, and rebuild HR processes with an AI-first mindset across Recruitment, HRBP, L&D, and Operations.

You will lead AI adoption, evaluate tools for HR use cases, and ensure compliance and data protection across UAE and KSA, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and employee experience.
