AI Portfolio Lead — Governance & Delivery

Mashreq is seeking an experienced professional to lead and govern the bank-wide portfolio of Artificial Intelligence programs. You will ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory expectations while overseeing program delivery.

The ideal candidate must have 12–15+ years of experience in technology program management, with a strong focus on AI initiatives, and a track record in large-scale transformations, particularly in the banking sector.
