AI Learning Solutions - Remote Work

In this role, you'll design, build, and iterate AI-powered tools, automations, and learning solutions that create measurable performance impact across the company. You'll be one of the few people in the company whose job is literally to build AI — not talk about it, not recommend it, but ship it. Working with real business problems and real stakeholders, you'll own solutions end-to-end, from identifying a performance gap to deploying a working tool that fixes it. The LearningX team operates like a startup inside a large tech company, with high visibility, direct impact, and room to grow into wherever your skills take you.
