Ai integrations & automation engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an AI Integration & Automation Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation workflows, API-driven integrations, and AI-powered solutions across enterprise applications and IT systems. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and efficient automation frameworks that reduce manual effort and enable predictive, self-healing IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Application & API Integrations:

Develop and maintain API-based integrations between enterprise platforms such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Freshservice, Workday, CRM systems, Genesys phone system, and other IT tools. Design middleware and microservices for seamless data exchange and process orchestration.

Automation Workflows:
