As a Product AI Engineer at Factorial, you help shape the AI-native future of our platform. You will build reusable AI capabilities and integrate them into Factorial’s product and integrations framework, working closely with Product and Design. The role focuses on turning AI into a core, user-facing workflow, not a separate feature, with emphasis on safe automation, reliable evaluation, and close customer understanding. You’ll ship impactful AI-powered solutions that scale across HR, finance, and operations workflows.
