AI-Driven In-Line QA & Metrology Inspector

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a QC Inspector 2 to support in-line process audits and detailed testing.

You will perform Thermal Shadow Moiré measurements, verify product integrity, prepare samples, run thermal cycling and warpage characterization, and ensure data is accurately captured. You will work on a production line, document findings, collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams, maintain 6S standards, and use AI tools for process improvements.
