AI-Driven Global Paid Social Lead

Halter is seeking a Senior Paid Social Lead to own Halter’s paid social globally. You will manage end-to-end Meta campaigns, scale new channels like TikTok and YouTube, and drive a creative testing roadmap with Brand and Regional teams.

You’ll work across dairy and beef segments, and across NZ, AU, and US to maximize qualified leads at efficient costs. You’ll report to the Performance Marketing Lead and leverage AI to test faster, learn faster, and sharpen every output.
