AI Development Engineer

This position can be based either in Europe or in Wisconsin (USA), depending on the selected candidate's profile and business needs.

Purpose of the job:

The AI Development Specialist is a hands-on technical expert and builder within Ahlstrom’s Copilot Agent Factory. The role focuses on designing, developing, deploying, and governing practical, enterprise‑grade Copilot Agents and Azure AI–based solutions that augment daily work across businesses and functions.

The role emphasises real value creation over experimentation: building scalable, secure, and usable Copilot and agentic AI solutions that improve productivity, decision quality, and user experience, while embedding strong technical, security, and responsible AI governance practices.
