Job Description
Job Title: AI Catalyst Lead
Location: Pune
Working hours: 2pm to 11pm and 3pm to 12am
Employment Type: Full-time
Workdays: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption and time-to-value embed with engineering teams to understand their workflows, identify where AI tooling aligned to standardised patterns and platforms add leverage, and guide them from initial setup to confident daily use.
- Design and deliver structured enablement projects workshops, office hours, self-serve guides tailored to different engineering personas (backend, frontend, platform, and testing).
- Drive adoption aligned to metrics, ensuring teams move from passive licence holders to active, high-value engineers delivering value back to the business.
